The educational and clinical bases of the department are: National Scientific Center of Phthisiopulmonology of the Republic of Kazakhstan, FAO “Railroad Hospitals of Disaster Medicine”. Employees of the department carry out daily medical work – mentoring and counseling of patients, including in the departments where patients with MDR/XDR TB are located, participation in clinical rounds and cases of complex cases, clinical practical conferences, consultations of patients in medical institutions of the city, introduction of new achievements of medicine in practice.
