Within educational process when teaching psychiatry, narcology directive documents RK are studied: Kazakhstan – 2030, RK Constitution, “The law RK on drugs, psychotropic substances and counteraction measures to their illicit trafficking and abuse of them”, the Criminal code (sanity and diminished responsibility, medical secret, a medical error, making obviously false conclusion, criminal liability for sale, storage, drug trafficking), the Code of RK “About Health of the People and Health System”.
The special place in educational process is given to studying among PPS and students of basic provisions “Social and economic modernization – the main vector of development of Kazakhstan”, in particular, problems of acceleration of economic and social progress of Kazakhstan, patriotism and the political will, to a new stage of democratization of the country, position of Kazakhstan in the modern world, and also our responsibility for native Kazakhstan. The law RK “About Education”, the Code of RK “About Health of the People and Health System” where defining for the chosen specialty are chapter 20 and 21 which regulates rendering the medico-social help to the persons suffering from mental and narcological disorders (diseases) is studied.
Education of the relation to work, respect for various cultures, languages were carried out directly in the course of occupations on the basis of a personal example of the teacher and his conversations following from concrete situations, arising during occupations. In the academic groups express information on events in Kazakhstan and abroad are carried out. Topical issues of reforming of the health care, the higher school, the tasks set for the state are discussed: “Entry into number of 50 developed countries of the world”. Anti-corruption discussions and actions with PPS and students are led.
Professional education of students.
At students, the principles of medical ethics and a medical deontologiya are cultivated. PPS carry out the analysis of progress and attendance of students on what it is in due time informed dean’s offices of faculties. Intellectual and creative activity of students by attraction to research work, participation in a scientific and student’s circle is stimulated.
Healthy lifestyle education.
Great attention to a problem of a healthy lifestyle and prevention of tobacco smoking and drug addiction not only on thematic occupations, but when studying other subjects. On a practical training educational work among students in the form of conversation, poll, demonstration of sick, educational tables, educational movies, a ban of smoking on chair and RNPTsPPN territories is carried out. Work in this direction is carried out also by active performance of PPS in mass media, so the department chair Professor Altynbekov S. A. Repeatedly I acted on shopping Mall Habar with questions of the organization of psychiatric and narcological service in RK.
