Ryspekova in 1996 is graduated from sanitary-hygienic faculty of Almaty State Medical Institute by the specialty sanitary, hygiene, epidemiology. In 1996 – 2000 she worked as a junior researcher at the Science Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology in Almaty. Since 2000 works at the department of normal physiology with a course valeology in Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical Universityshe defended her dissertation in 2004 on the theme “The workers primary on physical inability of some large industrial enterprises of East Kazakhstan as a hygienic problem”. According to the dissertation published 15 scientific papers. Total number of scientific papers are 65.
In 2006 – 2013 she worked as assistant to the dean of the medical faculty and secretary of Academic Council in medical faculty. From 2014 she started to lead department of normal physiology with a course valeology.
