The research of the students was carried out according to the approved plan. The main goal of this work was to attract students to research work, to form scientific thinking and activate their creative potential. The research club of the students is called   Hippocrates. In 2017 -2018 70 students of the international medical faculty were admitted in the research club. Sessions of research club are held quarterly under the guidance of teachers of the department. At the first round of the student scientific competition, 6 scientific research papers were heard.  The best of them were put forward for the second round of the  competition. The competition was conducted in three languages. The work “Calculation of the coefficient of atherogenicity in patients with cardiovascular disease”, prepared by students, Erniyazova Aigul and Kamidolla under the guidance of an assistant, Tukayeva LK was second in the student competition. The student, Berduash Beksultan, was awarded a diploma in the nomination ‘The best report’.
