In 1975, after graduating from the 8th grade, he entered the Kyzyl-Orda medical school and in 1979 graduated with honors.
In 1985 he graduated with honors from the Moscow State Medical Institute.
1985-1989 worked as a district physician, then head of the therapeutic department of the Lenin City Hospital, Baikonur (Leninsk)
From October 1989 to December 1989 – residency at the Myasnikov Research Institute.
From December 1989 to August 1992 – postgraduate study on the basis of the Scientific Research Institute of Cardiology of the Myasnikov Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Moscow

From 1992 to 1996 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Therapy of the Institute of Astrology and Aviation Aid in Almaty
