Research work

In the period from November 27, 2023 to December 1, 2023, Associate Professor of the General Immunology Department   Zhubanturlieva A.B. was on an internship at the State Institution “Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology” (RSPC POHI ) of the Health Ministry  of the Republic of Belarus. The internship took place in the clinical diagnostic laboratory of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center POHI, in the immunology group, under the educational program “Interpretation of immunological studies” in the amount of 40 hours of professional training.

During internship, she mastered the principles of flow cytometry, in particular: sample preparation for immunological studies using immunocytometry, setting up a flow cytometer, drawing up a protocol for studying a standard immunogram (CD45, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16/CD56, CD19, HLA-DR, CD45RA , TCRgd, etc.), setting up channels, compensation and analyzing the results.

Based on the results of the internship A.B. Zhubanturliyeva was issued an Internship Certificate and a Certificate for the educational program “Interpretation of Immunological Research” in the amount of 40 hours of professional training.
