Educational work of the department is aimed at bringing up a balanced modern man with the moral principles and  physical perfection.

The main directions of educational work:
– the formation of civic maturity, patriotism,  moral and moral qualities;
– Education of legal culture, prevention of offenses, negative phenomena,
-promotion of healthy lifestyle,
– pedagogical work;
– Self-education,
-developing an active life position

The events of patriotic nature like the  Independence Day, the Day of Unity of Peoples of Kazakhstan,  the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland, the Victory Day, the Day of State Symbols of the RK are organized at the department annually.

The students with their mentors organize the meetings and concerts dedicated to:
-International Women’s Day, March 8
-Day of medical worker;
-Teacher Day

Teachers supervise groups of students. The teachers discuss the  medical ethics, principles of deontology, pay attention to healthy life style promotion. Quarterly employees hold meetings in the hostel with students,  get acquainted with their way of life. Teachers attend performances, films and museums with curatorial groups.

Activities to honor the veterans of the department, the New Year and Nauryz, conferences dedicated to the Republic Day and the holiday “Children’s Day” are held in the department.

Curators with students participate in charitable actions, visit the Center for Palliative Care (HOSPICE), where they assisting in caring for serious patients. In the department of oncology, students provide assistance to nurses, help to feed the severe patients, process and dress wounds, and learn medical deontology.

The staff is patronizing a correctional orphanage for mentally retarded children. Students organize festive concerts for pupils, help educators with the preparation of methodological materials.

On June 1, 2018, on the day of child protection, students together with employees of HAK medical center organized a festive show  for children.
