The purpose of the pastoral work of the department is the active participation of curators in the process of becoming a student, the formation of socially significant and professionally important qualities needed in their future medical activities.
The teachers of the department in different years were the curators of the 1st year of medical, pediatric faculties, the faculty of general medicine. For many years, the senior curator of the department was the teacher Kulukbaeva A.R. Under her leadership, a lot of ideological and educational work was conducted with students. Teachers, along with their curatorial groups, held conferences on historical dates of great educational significance, such as “State Symbols”, “December Wind”, “You gave me the light of the world”. The department has become a tradition of celebrating the New Year, Nauryz. Teachers along with their students took an active part in all university and city events.
For participation in events at the University level Curators Taneeva G.T., Zhuzzhan K.E. received a letter of thanks from the educational department. In addition, in the annual competition of student works on the topic “I am against corruption”, students of the supervised groups (curator Shaikhymbekova R.M.) took the 2nd place.
