In 1973 he entered the medical faculty of the Almaty State Medical Institute. In 1987 in the Kiev Institute of Urology Alchinbaev Mirzakarim Karimovich defended his candidate dissertation on the topic: “Clinical and experimental rationale for the application of splenorenal arterial anastomosis in patients with vasorenal hypertension”. In 1995 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Diagnosis and development of new methods of treatment of acute pyelonephritis”. In 1997 he was awarded the academic title of professor.
Carried out scientific supervision in the implementation of 5 scientific programs. In the period 1997-1999. on the theme: “Improvement of modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of urological diseases and reproductive dysfunction in men”, which included 11 tasks; In the period 2000-2002. on the topic: “Development and improvement of new medical and organizational, diagnostic and therapeutic technologies in the urological service”, which included 8 tasks; In the period 2003-2005. on the theme: “Improving and assessing the effectiveness of methods for diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases” (9 tasks). In the period 2006-2007. on the topic: “Development and implementation of innovative technologies for diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation in andrology” (9 tasks). In the period 2008-2010. on the topic: “Development of innovative technologies for diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases in the Republic of Kazakhstan”. STP “Development of innovative technologies for diagnostics and treatment of urological diseases in the Republic of Kazakhstan” (2008-2010). Under his leadership, the STP “Men and Reproductive Health” (2008-2012) was developed. Under his supervision 17 doctoral and 20 candidate dissertations were defended. 8.8 2012-2014, “Conducting experimental studies on the effectiveness of the use of cellular technologies in the violation of the functions of the reproductive organs in animals”, 2013-2015, “Development and implementation of modern approaches of molecular genetic and immunological methods for early diagnostics of prostate cancer”.
Published more than 600 scientific papers, including 22 monographs, 41 methodological recommendations and 70 inventions.
